Therefore, it is a violation of College policy for any student or employee to engage in harassment (including sexual harassment) of any other College student or employee based on personal characteristics, including, but not limited to race, religion, color, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, marital status, parental status, veteran status, or disability. Any student, employee, or organization with a substantiated violation of this policy will be subject to disciplinary action including possible suspension and/or expulsion or dismissal.
