Students dropping/withdrawing from courses must do so through their myOCCC account in accordance with the academic calendar. To qualify for a 100% tuition refund, you must drop from a regular term length course by 11:59 p.m. Saturday of the first week of classes. There is no refund for courses students withdrew from after the end of the first week of the term. Refunds exclude non- refundable deposits, late registration fees and late payment fees. Oregon Coast Community College acknowledges that occasionally a student will be forced to withdraw from classes outside of the refund period due to circumstances beyond their control (job relocation, medical emergencies, etc).
